What types of products do you offer?
We sell alternative stickers, art prints, tote bags, greeting cards, and unique wedding favours, all with a gothic, spooky, or music-inspired twist!
How big are the individual stickers?
All of my stickers are 2.5 inches as a minimum at their shortest length, and 2.8 inches at their longest.
Are they waterproof?
Yes, they are printed on splash proof sticker paper and then laminated with a waterproof overlay.
Are they glossy or matte?
All stickers are glossy.
Do you offer custom or personalised designs?
Yes, we offer custom designs for specific requests, including wedding favor stickers. Contact us to discuss your ideas!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Rebel Yell Design is a one-woman brand, designing products and packaging all orders. Outside of my business, I work full time, Monday-Friday. If I have your order in stock, I aim to dispatch the following working day, however as standard orders typically dispatch within 3-5 business days. (This does not account for postage)  Delivery times depend on your location and delivery method chosen at checkout,
Standard Shipping: 2nd Class Signed For. Dispatch time + 2-5 working days postage time.
Express Shipping: 1st Class Signed For. Dispatch time + 1-2 working days.
Please note, delivery times are based off Royal Mail policies and any delays that occur due to the courier, are beyond my control.Â
The express delivery option applies to the shipping method, not the production time. My processing time remains 3-5Â business days to ensure your order is handmade and packaged with care before dispatch.
Preorders
Will my entire order ship at once if I order both pre-order and in-stock items?
No, if you order both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available as  shipping costs are only charged once.
How long will it take for my pre-order item to ship?
The estimated shipping time for each pre-order item is listed in its product description. Please check for the expected release date to know when your item will be shipped.
Can I avoid delays by ordering pre-order items separately?
Yes, you can place separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock products. This ensures your in-stock items will ship as per my standard shipping times , without waiting for the pre-order item.
Can I track my order?
If your order includes a tracked delivery option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that Royal Mail tracking will only update to show when they have received the item and when delivery is attempted. Before this point, the message may state: "Tracking will be updated once delivery is attempted."
What happens if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check the tracking information first. Occasionally, courier delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact me so I can file a claim with the courier.
Can I get a refund if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed due to courier issues, I am unable to issue a refund until the courier confirms the item is lost, which is 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If you no longer require the item once it arrives, you can return it for a refund of the product cost.
What should I do if I no longer need my order?
If your order arrives too late and you no longer need it, please contact me to arrange a return. Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will refund the product cost. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded if the item was shipped within my stated production time (3-5 business days).
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we occasionally offer discounts through our website. Sign up for our newsletter or check our social media for the latest promotions!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days if the product is unused and in its original condition. For customised items, we do not accept returns unless there’s an issue with the product.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately not, I’m unable to amend an order once you receive a notification that your order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, you can email me at info@rebelyelldesign.com and I will do my best to help you.Â
